The customer supplies us with the logo desired, preferably in CDR, AI or vector PDF format for the highest quality embroidery. The embroidery program can also be made from JPG and BMP format, but it must have the maximum possible resolution.

If the customer is satisfied with the price, he sends us a confirmation order.

We apply the embroidery program through Japanese and American-Swiss embroidery machines on textiles in the form of embroidery (caps, T-shirts, sweatshirts…) or patches (emblems, coats of arms), which are embroidered on high quality textile and textile-rubberized material with the technology of sealing the edges to prevent the thread from splashing out. We embroider with a daily productivity of approx. 2 500 000 stitches in a 2-3 shift operation.

If we have the logo, we can make a quotation, which we will submit immediately upon personal contact. For electronic contact (e-mail) we send within 24 hours.

On the basis of the order, we create an embroidery program from the supplied logo, which we directly enter into production in the case of piece production. If it is a mass production, i.e. 100 or more pieces, we first create a sample for the customer.

After production is completed, the embroidery is processed, the textile is ironed, folded and wrapped. In addition, the patch is sealed and everything is prepared for dispatch.
